A questionnaire survey was conducted on the sixty four swimming instructors (18 males and 46 females).  The following results were obtained.  1. The instructor's satisfaction related to those with their instruction in itself and their instruction skill level.  2. The satisfaction with their club related to those with their wage and the supports from their club.  3. The duration of the experience as instructor related to the instructor's satisfaction.  4.
