| 内容記述 | To address cytogenetic and clinical significance of T- cell lymphoma (T-ML) and adult T-cell leukemia(ATL), chromosome analysis were performed in 36 T-ML and 67 ATL patients and they showed a high diversity and complexity karyotype, but their breakpoints tends to cluster at several specific chromosome regions. Of these chromosome aberrations, chromosome bands of 8q22, 7q22, 6q21 in T-ML and those of were highly observed 9q22, 3q21, 10pii lOq21 in ATL. Fluorescent in situ hybridization (FISH) analysis on 15 acute type ATL cases revealed high incidence of specific duplication of chromosome 14 around 14q34. These cytogenetic findings indicate that many oncogenes located in highly observed chromosomal abnormal regions might be associated with multistep of leukemogenesis and Iymphomagenesis. | |||||||||||||||||||||
