| 内容記述 | This study examined the effects of interaction among self-complexity, presenteeism, work engagement and depression among young workers in Japan. Three hundred young workers aged 20-29 took part in a survey via the web portal. Covariance structure analysis revealed that positive selfcomplexity was positively associated with work engagement and negatively associated with depression,whereas negative self-complexity was significantly positively associated with presenteeism and depression. These findings suggest that negative self-complexity might lead to presenteeism. It is concluded that interventions to decrease negative self-complexity might decrease presenteeism among young workers. | |||||||||||||
